VCNSW WOMEN'S RETREAT at the Prescott Resort

FRESH JOY . . . through revived hearts. We are reminded in Isaiah 57:15b how God wants to restore and revive those with a humble and contrite heart. We are excited about the opportunity for you to find Fresh Joy through revived hearts. Erica Wiggenhorn will share with us how there's Joy in Jesus through a re-ignited and deeper relationship with Him that will lead to healthier relationships within the body of Christ.

DATES

We will have ONE retreat this year from 6:00 PM on Friday, September 27th thru 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 28th. (REGISTRATION CLOSES ON September 10th!

ACCOMMODATIONS

• You will book your own room at the Prescott Resort - separate from the registration fee. You can enjoy the privacy of your own room or share a room with friends. (Limit is 4 to a room)
• The rate for the room is discounted for our conference at $189/night (+tax).
• There are limited rooms available so book your room early. There are nearby hotels available to use as needed.
• This discounted rate is available from September 26-28. if you would like to extend your stay.
• All rooms must be book through Prescott Resort. Your room is not included in the registration fee.

RETREAT REGISTRATION FEE (LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS 9/10!)

You must be 16 or older to attend women’s retreat.

The registration fee for the retreat programming is $130/person. This includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday along with all session, workshops, activities, and your t-shirt.

Refunds

• Full refunds are available until May 20th.
• 50% refunds are available until July 8th.
• No refunds after August 27th.

ARRIVAL

• Check-in for the resort begins at 3:00PM on Friday.
• Check-in for the conference begins at 5:00 PM on Friday.
• The first session begins at 6:00 PM Friday.

T-SHIRTS - included in your conference registration fee

• Please check the size of t-shirt you would like on your registration form. The shirts are regular cut with v-neck.

ACTIVITES

There will be several activities that will open for everyone to enjoy. No need to sign up this year. This will include cosmic BINGO, a conference scavenger hunt, and several workshops.
