Church Health Coaching: Helping every church take a bold next step is what we are about! We love to resource churches to define their vision and mobilize to reach it. A healthy, gospel driven church in every community!
Organizational Coaching: We also have expertise in the areas on the business side of churches. This involves areas such as HR, policies, training, insurance, attorney, Constitution & By-laws, etc.
Church Planting Partnerships: Our vision is to see 30 church plants happen by 2030 throughout our region. We have experience in things from church plants and church mergers, to satellites, and replanting new, healthy churches where an old one has died, but is willing to invest their facilities in continued Kingdom work. We also provide assessments for church planters.
Pastoral Care & Support: We are all about pastors helping pastors, churches helping churches. We believe that pastoral health, found in community and mentoring relationships, are a significant key to healthy churches.
